"Agent" refers to real estate agents or brokers who use our platform to manage clients and make referrals.

"Provider" refers to service providers who offer services related to property transactions.

"Client" refers to individuals who are buying, selling, or managing property and use our platform through an Agent.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password and to sign out of your account at the end of each session.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

By posting Content on or through the Services, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Services. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
